01. Free Thermal Camera Audit
Before we quote a single dollar we come to your home with a professional thermal imaging camera and show you exactly where your home is losing energy — in real time on a screen. We measure your existing insulation, document every air leak, and leave you a written copy of the findings. No charge, no obligation, no pressure.
02. Full Removal & Air Sealing
We vacuum out all existing insulation completely — bagging and hauling everything away. Then we seal every air infiltration point in your attic: recessed lights, plumbing penetrations, wire chases, top plates, and attic hatches. This is the step most contractors skip. It's the one that makes the biggest difference.
03. Spray Foam Application
We apply closed-cell or open-cell spray foam directly to the underside of your roof deck — transforming your attic from an energy-draining air gap into a fully conditioned part of your home. Most customers notice the difference within the first full heating or cooling cycle. Energy bills typically drop noticeably from previous periods.
